Heather already has a wealth of instructional training experience including: step/dance aerobics, body sculpting, aqua fitness, jazz, ballet, and modern dance. She's been a personal trainer since 1992 and has worked more than 10 years teaching dance in private and group environments. the clients desires and goals", and then incorporating these keys into an overall fitness plan. The formula is simple, "I start with sound nutritional advice emphasizing the importance of balance and moderation, and then I'll develop a regiment that reflects the interests and goals of the client. Every client is an individual with different motivations. I place careful attention to tailoring each workout to fit each client. I use a positive attitude and encouraging words to help each person enjoy their workouts and attain results." As one of our senior trainers, Heather knows lots of the 'tricks' for maintaining your interest and achieving your fitness goals.
