3. You are invited to attend our Open Gym sessions to get rid of those pre-tryout jitters, no matter what area club you are trying out for. Our Open Gyms are terrific no-commitment opportunities to sharpen your volleyball skills while introducing you to our club.  Bring $10/night plus a signed Open Gyms Participation form. Dates are Oct. 29^th, 30^th and Nov. 1^st, 2^nd, 7-9 PM at Henderson Middle School (no open gym on Halloween 10/31) .

4. Register or tryout for the program(s) you'd like to join:

   	If you are interested in our 20-week SELECT Program teams, simply attend the tryouts for your age group (player age as of 8-31-2008).  Please bring a $20 non-refundable tryout fee and your completed tryout form. Tryouts are at Henderson MS: Nov. 5th & 7th (M/W) SELECT tryouts for age groups: 16* & 17*, 7pm - 9pm NOTE: Registration will begin at 6:15 pm. Players must arrive by 6:30. Nov. 6th & 8th (Tu/Th) SELECT tryouts for age groups: 13/14* and 15*,  7pm - 9pm NOTE: Registration will begin at 6:15 pm. Players must arrive by 6:30. Tryout results will be posted online on Saturday, November 10, 2007. If you do not make a SELECT team, you will not automatically be placed on a CLUB team unless you have also already pre-registered for the CLUB Program (see next).  If you have pre-registered for the CLUB Program but make a SELECT team, your dues deposit will be transferred to your SELECT team membership.
   	If you are interested in our 16-week CLUB Program teams, please understand that they are first-come, first-served. Registration for these teams is already underway. To secure your postmark date, please submit the first two required forms & a dues deposit of $600 as soon as possible. CLUB Program players MUST attend the Team Formation Nights for your age group listed below (player age as of 8-31-2008). If not pre-registered for the CLUB PROGRAM: $10 gym fee + signed participation form. To avoid gym fee, pre-registration materials  must be received by 5 PM Sat. 11/10/07. Players who hope to on Registration Night are welcome but should bring their signed participation form & $10 fee.  Monday, Nov. 12th CLUB Team Formation Night for age groups: 16*, 17* & 18*, 7pm-9pm at Henderson MS  Tuesday, Nov. 13th CLUB Team Formation Night for age groups: 8-12*, 13/14* & 15*,  7pm-9pm at Henderson MS If you pre-register for the CLUB Program but also successfully tryout for a SELECT team, your dues deposit will be transferred to your SELECT team membership. NOTE: Northlake reserves the right to move a player to an Instructional Program or to Volleyball School if that player needs to learn the basic volleyball skills that are needed to compete on a CLUB PROGRAM Travel Team (13's-18's only).
   	If you are interested in registering for the 12-week Forsyth Training Program, please mail in the first two required forms (the Player Info Form and Membership Agreement Form) and your check payable to Northlake Volleyball for $495.
   	If you are interested in registering for the 10-week Instructional Program at Henderson MS, please submit the first two required forms (the Player Info Form and Membership Agreement Form) & your dues check of $275.

5. Attend TEAM COMMITMENT & REGISTRATION NIGHT  Wednesday Nov. 14, 2007 at Henderson MS. Drop in between 7:00 PM & 8:45 PM to confirm your program membership and to browse our Club Store. ALL PLAYERS & PARENTS in the CLUB, SELECT & INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS must stop by to confirm & complete their registration.  Attendance is strictly optional for Forsyth Program members.
    

*All age groups are defined by the player's age on August 31, 2008 (the age the player will be NEXT August).
Players who are age 19 on 8/31/08 may play 18U if they are a HS student during the 2007-2008 academic year.
