| SELECT Team Dues $1475 Additional non-refundable tryout fee of $20, payable on 1st night of tryouts. If you are interested in trying out for SELECT but also want to reserve a spot in CLUB "just in case", please register for CLUB as soon as possible since the CLUB program is first-come, first-served and registration has now begun. Any pre-paid CLUB fees will be transferred to your SELECT program dues if you make a SELECT team.

| CLUB Teams Dues $1075 Postmark-based registration until team positions are filled (4 hitters, 3 middles, 2 setters and 1 libero per team). Postmark date is determined by date of submission of required forms and a deposit of $600. |

The fine print:
All dues payments are fully refundable if requested by 9 PM on 11-14-07. Deposit checks will not be cashed until 11-15-07. Beginning 11-15-07, $150 is non-refundable. No refunds after 12-31-07. Payments accepted by check payable to Northlake Volleyball mailed to Northlake Volleyball Club, PO Box 29081, Atlanta, GA 30359-0081 or online with a credit card or e-check draft via PayPal. Please indicate player's name on all payments. Late payment fee of 5% is incurred after balance due date. Players not current with payments will be ineligible for participation in team practices or tournaments. Do not give registration payments to your coach.
